DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S NOTE?

A doctor note or referral is not mandatory to been seen and assessed by a clinician,however it will help therapists to diagnose and serve you better according to the medical information provided.

HOW LONG WILL I REQUIRE TREATMENT?

Acute pain can typically be resolved within 2-3 weeks (4-6visits). Ongoing and chronic conditions may be closer to 4-6 weeks.
Most treatment plans require 2-3 visits per week in the initial phase of treatment. Less frequency is required as the patient heals and as they are more equip to perform a home program prescribed by the therapist.

IS PHYSIOTHERAPY SAFE?

YES! Everyone can benefit from physiotherapy whether you are living with a chronic illness, recovering from a work injury or suffering after that weekend hockey game.

WHAT PAIN CAN BE RESOLVED BY PHYSIOTHERAPY?

Physiotherapy can be useful in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of pain, such as sports injuries, back and neck pain, postural problems, occupational pain and spinal cord injuries.

DO YOU PROVIDE HOME SERVICE?

Yes we provide home service within South Kolkata upto Sonarpur. In that case, 100 INR extra charges per consultation will be chargeable.

RATE CHART IS FIXED OR NEGOTIABLE?

It is fixed as you know we are providing professional physiotherapy service at lowest cost.

CAN I BOOK PHYSIOTHERAPY SLOT ONLINE?

Yes, you can book your slot online on https://www.physioplus.online/book-online , after booking confirmation, our expert will call you for appointment confirmation.

CAN I PAY ONLINE VIA CREDIT CARD / INTERNET BANKING.

Presently we don't have online payment option but can book slot online and pay at the time of consultation. In future , we will have the option of online payment.

HOW DO I AVAIL MONTHLY OFFER PACKAGE

To avail this monthly package option, customer has to pay full amount in advance on the first day. No part fees will be accepted.

IN WHICH AREA, PHYSIOPLUS PROVIDES HOME SERVICE?

Presently Physioplus provides service at Jadavpur, Baghajatin, Garia, Bansdroni, Sonarpur, Kalikapur, Rubi Park, Ajoy Nagar, Patuli, Rashbihari, Hazra, Kasba, Ballygunge, Gariahat.
We are trying to hire Physiotherapists from other locations also in future.

HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL PHYSIOTHERAPY APPOINTMENT?

our initial physiotherapy assessment could take up to an hour. Every follow-up treatment session after that typically lasts between 45-60 minutes. Individual one-on-one time with the physiotherapist is 45-60 minutes. Often followed by modalities and exercise, your entire visit could be an hour depending on your condition.
